This is a WinRAR SFX that will unpack to %ProgramFiles%Adobe and about 71MB (binary files are packed with UPX LZMA). It will run a cmd file the first time which presents some options. Just hit '1' and 'Enter' to copy the cache.db file to get Extended.

This is a thinstalled Extended version upx'd to the max. It has most of the plugins and extras. The 1st time you run this it gathers all the settings into the Thinstall directory and you will notice that it opens up much faster the 2-3rd time.
It took me around 1.5hrs to get it right and it worked in the end. Brilliant piece of software for its size.
